How to spend your time in Budapest?
Just a few sights of Budapest:  ( My Top 10)
Budapest is the capital city of Hungary. The city is becoming one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe, connected with the major European cities and most of the EU countries by direct flights. The official spoken language is Hungarian.
Fisherman's Bastion Budapest
The best time to head to Fisherman’s Bastion is on a clear, sunny day. This kind of weather provides you with a clear view of Budapest’s many fantastic sites. The bastion sits in a neighborhood once known as Fisherman’s Town, thus the name. An old fish market also sat at this location during medieval times.

Matthias Church Budapest
Matthias Church is located in the heart of the Buda Castle. The church is named after King Matthias, who ruled from 1458-90, well-known as a patron of the arts.
vaci street budapest
Shopping in Váci street, the main walking street downtown. I could hardly resist visiting the legendary Gerbeaud café and try one of their famous cakes.
Saint Stephen's Basilics Budapest
Saint Stephen's Basilics is the largest Roman Catholic church in Budapest. An elevator takes up the visitors to the tower, from where a magnifical panorama of the city can be enjoyed. Here married Carlo Ponti Jr, son of the celebrated actress Sophia Loren.

Parliament Budapest Hungary
The Parliament built between 1885 and 1904 and soon became the symbol of the Hungarian capital. It is the most expensive building ever built in Hungary. The walls from outside are decorated by the statues of the most important historical figures of Hungary.
Thermal Bath Budapest
Something more than Spa....Budapest is famous for its baths. The hot water I'm talking about awaits you in the Gellert, Rudas, Kiraly and Szechenyi Bath. The genuine Turkish hamman at Rudas is amazing.

Cuisine of Hungary:

Hungarian food (my favourite) is often spicy and rather heavy. People with sensitive stomach should be careful. Paprika, black pepper and onions are  frequently used. Potato is also commonly used in many dishes. We are passionate about our soups, desserts and stuffed pancakes. Hungarian cuisine uses a large variety of cheeses too.

Typical Hungarian Dishes:

Soups:
Goulash soup
Bean soup Jókai style
Sour cherry soup
Mushroom soup

Starters:
Cold goose liver served with green pepper and tomato
Meat filled pancakes Hortobágy style
Hungarian salami

Main courses:
Hungarian chicken paprikas with dumplings
Pheasant stuffed with apples
